The term legend is often overused when it comes to football. But its quite fitting for a certain great dane. In 4 years at Ibrox, Brian Laudrup cemented his name into Rangers history as being one of the greatest players to ever play for the club. Let's be honest, if a striker scores a hat trick in a cup final you would expect it to be remembered for his own performance. Unfortunately for Gordon Durie, that game still managed to be known as the Laudrup final. It takes a very special player to take the spotlight away from a hat trick hero. One memory that I hold fondly was a game at Parkhead in November 1996. A slip by the Celtic defender and Laudrup picks the ball up 40 yards from goal. Running at the defence he gets a shot away from 25 yards out beating Kerr at his bottom right hand corner. An example of the ruthlessness and killer instinct that he had, taking advantage of a defenders mistake and scoring. My personal favourite of his goals. Brian Laudrup joined Rangers a football player and he left a GodThe Laudrup final
